Scholarship Description:The Hendricks County Master Gardener (HCMG) Scholarship is a one year scholarship for a Hendricks County Resident. Preference is given to an applicant pursuing education in a field of study related to horticulture or agriculture at an Indiana institution.
Scholarship Amount: Two $2,000 scholarships will be awarded. The scholarships will be paid for a single year, $1000 for the first semester, and $1000 for the second semester made payable directly to the learning institution.
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria: Recipient is required to be a Hendricks County Indiana resident with a confirmed enrollment at any accredited Indiana technical school, college or university. An applicant may not be a family member (including spouse, brothers and sisters by whole or half blood, ancestors, children, step-children, grandchildren, great grandchildren) of a person who is currently serving as chairperson of the HCMG Scholarship Committee.
Scholarship Deadline: The 2023 application deadline is April 15th.
